Orders take 1-2 business days inside greater Cairo. All other Egyptian governorates will receive their

We’re an online store only at the moment. We don’t have a physical store. You have a 14 days return policy, if you receive your order and change your mind or there’s any issue with the item you can easily return it. - Can I refund my order?

Sure, we will definitely resolve the issue for you. You will need to provide us with the order
number and we will start the refund process immediately. - We’d like to note that the refund method will be the same payment method you purchased the
order with and if you paid by card the bank policy requires its arrival in your bank account during
14 working days.

We’re sorry that you would want to return the product but unfortunately our return policy dictates
that we cannot refund a product that has been opened/used or if it is not defected. The product
must be in the same new-condition as received, with the original LOCA ticket attached to be
eligible for any post-purchase action.
Please note that items with removed LOCA tickets, or requests made after 14-days from the
date of receiving the order: are not eligible for any post-purchase actions.
Kindly be informed that shipping fees aren’t refundable. The customer is responsible for
covering any additional shipping and handling costs on accepted exchange/refund requests. - Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can easily place an order without creating an account.

LOCA works on preparing and shipping all orders within a couple of hours of receiving them;
that’s why edits are restricted to ensure a smooth process from our end.

This service is not available. Orders are to be fully accepted upon their receival.
