We stand behind our products with a 14-day refund policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that items with removed LOCA tickets, or requests made after 14-days from the date of receiving the order: are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Kindly note that shipping fees aren’t refundable. The customer is responsible for covering any additional shipping and handling costs on accepted exchange/refund requests.
